Cool ink illustration! Do you use water with your ink?

i use a very thin black fineliner for outlines/dot-shading and sometimes i use a grey copic marker to shade on top ;)

It's very cool, personally feel you could add more to this, more characters for example, but it really suits the style of the original poster.
Personally I found 9 to be quite the underrated movie.

The duck is very colorful and nicely done, that being said, I think the water could be better.
