The duck is very colorful and nicely done, that being said, I think the water could be better.

Very good attempt, form looks good! I think you can add a bit more to it though. Also, try avoid the scratchy style of line work if you can. You can do this by holding your pencil between index finger and thumb and drawing with your shoulder.
