Funny that you say that. Francisco Goya the artist that made this artwork lived in a villa in Madrid, Spain called the Quinta del sordo (villa of the deaf one) in his 70s in the early 1820s. He suffered from an undiagnosable mental illness. He produced 14 oil paintings on the walls of the house called the “black paintings”. They depict similar creepy, scary and sad imagery like the master copy I made. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Paintings
